Agricultural Meeting 2007

It is with pleasure that we learned obtaining from 4 medals at the time of the contest of the Wines of Vouvray of the Agricultural Meeting 2007 of the district of Tours :

       Gold medal for Sweet Vouvray 1989
       Gold medal for Vouvray Medium-dry 1989
       Gold medal for Vouvray Sparkling 
       Money medal for Vouvray Dry 2005

A star for Vouvray Medium dry  2005, quotation for the sweet 2005 and effervescent medium dry wine.

“Located at the confluence of the Loire Valley, Cisse and Brenne, Vernou-sur-Brenne saw vine, and chenin in particular. Associated for sixteen years, Pascal Berteau and Vincent Mabille have signed wines regularly retained in the Guide. Most interesting this year is a medium dry wine with 24 residual sugar g/l. The nose surprises by its fruity, while the right mouth is a model of harmony. The Sweet 2005, with 88 residual sugar g/l, are quoted for its quince and apple flavours. Even note for an effervescent rather delicate medium dry wine, which could be appropriate for aperitif.”
